"⭐️ Honestly, one of the most disappointing barber experiences I’ve had. I came here specifically for a hair wash and haircut. For the hair wash, I expected a proper shampoo, scalp massage, and at least 5–10 minutes of washing like you would normally expect from a proper salon. Instead, it was an extremely rushed wash at the sink while lying down — less than 3 minutes and done. It honestly felt like they were just trying to get it over with as quickly as possible. After that, my hair wasn’t even dried or styled. I had to ask them if they could dry my hair. If I didn’t ask, I’m not even sure if they would have done it. For the haircut, the barber in the photo was the one who cut my hair. I showed him a picture of my previous hairstyle and asked if he could do something similar. He said “okay”, so I trusted him. Unfortunately, the outcome was completely different from what I showed him and, honestly, the haircut looked terrible on me. If you’re not able to do the hairstyle shown in the reference photo, just say so. I would rather know beforehand than have my hair cut completely differently. What made it even worse was the reaction afterwards. There was no proper apology, no attempt to fix it, and no acknowledgement that the haircut was wrong — just an “ohhh”. I came here expecting a proper barber/salon experience. Instead, I got a rushed 3-minute hair wash, had to ask for my hair to be dried, and left with a haircut that was nothing like what I requested. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not what I expected for the price and service."
